Maarten Jennen drives strategic investment direction for PGGM’s private real estate portfolio, one of the largest pension fund real estate holdings in Europe. Since 2016, he has served as Senior Director responsible for setting top-down investment strategy, serving on the investment committee, and leading climate risk assessment initiatives. His work on geocoding PGGM’s 4,000+ global real estate assets in partnership with Munich Re demonstrates a commitment to granular, data-driven climate risk quantification.
