About Cooltree

Cooltree is an Amsterdam-based ESG consultancy for the real estate sector, working with institutional investors, asset managers, developers and construction companies. We work from within and alongside our clients’ organisations to plan and execute ESG strategies that are monitored and continually improved. Our offering spans strategy, data and risk management, due diligence and reporting: ESG strategy and double materiality assessments, CRREM misalignment risk analysis, GRESB assessments and data verification, EU Taxonomy, SFDR and CSRD advisory, physical climate risk assessments, SBTi guidance and ISO 14001 support.
