Technical Council

Purpose

CRREM’s Technical Council is the key governing body responsible for the independent technical development, maintenance, and approval of the CRREM Pathways, the CRREM Risk Assessment Tool, and CRREM’s Global Methodology.

Bringing together leading experts from academia, research institutions, and industry, the Technical Council reinforces CRREM’s role as a trusted, science-based tool for the real estate sector. Its mandate is to safeguard the scientific integrity of CRREM’s methodologies while ensuring they remain practical and relevant for real-world decision-making.
