CRREM’s Technical Council is the key governing body responsible for the independent technical development, maintenance, and approval of the CRREM Pathways and CRREM Pathway Methodology. The Technical Council strives for scientific excellence in all of CRREM’s core technical work. The Technical Council is a highly specialized group, and is required to have a majority of its members representing academic or scientific institutions. The first Technical Council members are to be appointed in 2025.
The Terms of Reference outlines the role of the Technical Council, its scope, composition, appointment process and working principles. These terms also reflect the decision-making procedures of the Technical Council, as well as how the Technical Council interacts with the organization’s other governance bodies.
